Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement made on 17 December 2007, the Company has today issued a further 1,454,000 Placing Shares at 2.75p to raise a further £39,985. The issue of these shares utilises virtually all of the authority to issue shares without pre-emption, granted at the General Meeting on 13 November 2007.

 

Admission and dealings in the Placing Shares are expected to commence on AIM on 4 January 2008.
