VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Blavod
Extreme Spirits PLC is required to notify the market of the following:
Since the Company's disclosure on 27 December 2006, Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC's
issued share capital has increased by 1,866,908 Ordinary Shares and now
currently consists of 73,246,608 Ordinary Shares of nominal value 1p each with
voting rights. None of these Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in Blavod Extreme Spirits
PLC is 73,246,608.
The above figure (73,246,608) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
