Blavod Extreme Spirits plc (“Blavod” or the “Company”)

Directorate Change

The Company announces that following the receipt of the cash consideration from the disposal of the business and assets of Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Incearlier today, Jeffrey Hopmayer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the board of Blavod Extreme Spirits plc with immediate effect. In addition, David Falk and Robert Levin, non executive directors, have also resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

The Company is pleased to announce that William Phillips, currently Blavod’s Company Secretary, has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Finance Director with immediate effect.

The Company is also pleased to announce the immediate appointment to the board of Richard Ambler as Managing Director.

The Board now comprises Colin Campbell (Chairman), Richard Ambler (Managing Director), Willie Philips (Finance Director) and Lawrence Banks (Non Executive Director)

The details to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules are as follows:
