AGM Statement

At its AGM this morning the Chairman, Colin Campbell, gave the following update:

The Company has made a good start to the new financial year which commenced on 1 April 2008:

- sales for the first quarter to June 30 continued to show strong growth and are in line with management's expectations.

- following the acquisition of the licence for Blackwoods Gin, the early sales and distribution in the UK have been encouraging and there are promising export opportunities.

- the first shipment of Blavod Black Vodka to a new importer in the USA will be made in July, thereby reopening that important market to the Company.
