In 1988 he rejoined IDV as director for the USA for J&B Scotch Whisky ultimately becoming Managing Director of Cinzano in Italy. He left in 1998 to become Managing Director of Mentzendorff in the UK, the importer of Bollinger champagne, Taylor's port and Château Lafite Rothschild et al.
At the end of 2000 he joined Blavod as Managing Director.
